Tattoo Inquiries & Booking Information

When reaching out, please include the following:

• A detailed description of your tattoo idea, along with photo references
• The placement of the tattoo (include photos of the area if possible)
• Desired size in inches (length and width)
• For larger projects, specify the type:
  • Arm or leg sleeve (quarter, half, or full)
  • Back piece, chest piece, ribs, or torso

Please note: The time required to complete your tattoo will vary depending on the design, your pain tolerance, skin type, and how well your skin accepts ink.

Numbing Cream Policy
Numbing cream is not permitted, as it alters the skin’s texture, making it more difficult to tattoo and affecting the healing process. If numbing cream is used prior to your appointment, the session will be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to book an appointment.
All payments are non-refundable.

• Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo
• No deposit = No appointment

Deposits can be made in person or via Zelle.

Convenience Fees (non-applied to tattoo total):

• $25 for payments between $1–$599
• $50 for payments between $600–$1200

Consultation Fee: $150
(Convenience fee is waived if a deposit is placed during consultation; consultation fee is applied toward the final tattoo cost)

Pricing

• Minimum / Hourly Rate: $150
• Half Day (4 hours): $600 | Deposit: $150
• Full Day (8 hours): $1200 | Deposit: $300
• Design time is included

Cash payment is recommended on the day of your appointment.

By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to all policies, including the non-refundable payment policy.

Policies & Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old (California law)
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
• Last-minute cancellations or reschedules will result in loss of deposit
• One reschedule is permitted; a second will require a new deposit
• A 15-day grace period is allowed to reschedule your appointment

Touch-Ups:

• First touch-up is free within 1 month
• Additional touch-ups are charged at the hourly rate
• Missed touch-up appointments will result in hourly charges for the next session

No Call / No Show:
Deposit is forfeited, and future bookings will not be accepted.

Day of Appointment Guidelines

To ensure the best experience:

1. Get adequate rest and eat a full meal beforehand
2. Stay well-hydrated
3. Avoid caffeine and alcohol (can increase bleeding and affect healing)
4. Do not take painkillers prior to your session
5. Bring a valid ID, snacks, drinks, and a phone charger
6. Wear comfortable clothing for tattoo placement:
   • Arm: tank top or sleeveless shirt
   • Leg: shorts
   • Bring a sweater (studio may be cold)

1. Stretch beforehand, as you may remain in one position for an extended time
2. Allow extra time—do not schedule tightly around your appointment as it may take longer than expected
